Where is the Hall located? How do I make a private booking ? This can only be done by contacting the Lettings Secretary Linda Verdegem directly--no other Committee members have access to the Bookings Diary. Please telephone her between 7-9 pm weekdays or from 11 am-6 pm at weekends. There is an answer phone on which, if it connects, please leave a clear message with a landline number if you wish a return call. The number is (01733) 331261 How can I check availability? First look at the Weekend Availability Page Although we do try to update all weekend bookings on this site (see link from Private Hire charges page) mistakes can be made or sometimes changes or cancellations occur. We may be able to squeeze you in or occasionally change a regular booking to accommodate you -so do ring if you want to try to book. How many car parking spaces are there? There are 24 car parking bays including 2 for disabled users. However parking is used by all Regular user groups as well including at weekends. Are there alternatives places to park? Usually on the edge of the football/cricket field unfortunately this is not currently available due to reseeding and mud. (Access from Holywell Way opposite Charlton Court add then walk across the footpath and children's play area into the Hall. Please observe traffic regulations and be considerate of others, especially at night.) Does the Building Have Insurance? Yes, the certificate is here.
