· The Main Hall can be hired for private functions and events, by individuals or groups for £40 per hour for 2017

 

· 150 sets of cutlery and white crockery may be hired for your function for an additional total cost of £30

 

· The Ridgeway Room which can be hired separately or with the Main Hall at £9:00p per hour in 2017

 

· A security deposit of £200 is required once you receive your invoice to secure your booking if your event is finishing after 8pm. If not it is £100 security deposit. This will be returned  7 days after your event provided no breakages or losses are incurred and the hall is left clean and tidy after your function and that you have fully complied with your  arrangements and there have been no problems, serious complaints about noise etc .

 

· Invoices and details  are issued after your initial booking with the Lettings Secretary, which will tell you about ALL procedures, keys etc please read the rules very carefully.

 

· The total payment fee for your event needs to be received by the Lettings Secretary at least 15 days prior to your booked date if paying by cheque, otherwise your booking may not go ahead.

· Late cancellations fees will be charged
